нет, хотя близко by -- к (какому-то сроку) till -- до (какого-то срока) Одно это и то же в русском? По-моему нет |
| вообще я бы просто сказала January 15 is deadline. |
| т.е. если by 15 - это значит 15-е число последний день, а till 15 - значит что последний день 14. правильно? |
