The final phase of work to create a Museum Resource and Learning Centre to house some of the county’s rich heritage has just begun. The former BT telephone exchange in Hereford’s Friar Street is being converted into a state-of-the-art facility which will boast a learning centre able to seat 60 people in a lecture format.
