За невыполнение или ненадлежащее выполне¬ние иных обязательств по настоящему договору стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с дей¬ствующим законодательством.
3. The sum of contract
The sum of the contract is determined by actually performed volume of work. The Customer pays for the performed work to the Executor a remuneration according to the Appendix 1 being an integral part of the present contract, in view of discounts fixed in the Appendix 1.
4. The order of approval of work
At delivery of ready translation the parties make out the statement of acceptance of the works, being the basis for payment. At stage-by-stage performance of works it’s possible a registration of the statement of acceptance at end of each stage.
5. The procedure of payments
The Customer pays the performed work on the basis of the statement of acceptance of works during 15 working days after signing the statement of acceptance in presence of the invoiced account. At stage-by-stage performance of works the Customer pays each stage during 15 working days after it performances on the basis of the statement of acceptance and the account - invoice for this stage.
Accounts are invoiced in US dollars, and payment of accounts is made in roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is actual at the date of the payment.
6. The responsibility of the parties
In case of a delay of performance of work, the Executor pays a fine to the Customer at a rate of 0,1% from cost of the order per every day of delay. The total sum of the fine can’t exceed 10% from the cost of the order.
If the Customer refuses from the performance of the started work not on a fault of the Executor, the Customer pays to the Executor the volume of the work actually executed for date of refusal under quotations, according to the Appendix 1 determined in an 3 item present Contract.

For default or inadequate performance of other liability under the present contract the parties bear the responsibility according to the current legislation.

3. Contract Amount
The amounts to be paid under this Contract are determined by the volume of work performed. These amounts are outlined in Appendix 1, which is an intergal part of this Contract, and are subject to discounts outlined in Appendix 1.

4. Delivery and Acceptance
At the time of delivery of the completed translation, Parties shall draw a Certificate of Acceptance, which shall serve as the reason for payment. In case of a piecemeal delivery of the project, a separate Certificate of Acceptance may be drawn at the time each portion of the project is delivered and accepted.

5. Payments
Customer shall pay Contractor for the work performed on the basis of Certificate(s) of Acceptance within feefteen (15) business days of signing the Certificate of Acceptance, provided there is an outstanding invoice. In case of peacemeal delivery, Customer shall pay for each delivered and accepted portion of the project within feefteen (15) business days of sigining the Certificate of Acceptance, provided there is an oustanding invoice for that portion of the poject.
All invoices shall be presented in US dollars, and all payments shall be made in roubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment.
6. Responsibilities of Parties
In case Contractor delays the performance of duties under this Contract, Contractor shall pay Customer a penalty at a rate of 0.1 percent of Contract Amount for each day of such delay. The total penalty may not exceed 10 percent of Contract Amount.

If, through no fault of Contractor, Customer unilaterally chooses not to complete the project already in progress, Customer shall pay Contractor for the work already performed to date. The payment in such case shall be based on rates outlined in Appendix 1, mentioned in item 3 of this Contract.

For failure to perform, or incomplete performance of, other duties under this Contract Parties shall be liable according to current laws.
