Subject: Portfolio Quality ладно, ту ветку забросили, тогда вот еще...в той же таблице: есть столбец Portfolio Quality не подскажете, с этими АРами и ПАРами? и почему после ПАР в скобках идет еще число? Просто первый раз с вот этим столкнулась... :\ памагиииитии... |

догадки в отсутствие ответов вообще: AR average/annual? return - средняя/годовая? доходность PAR - то же самое, только P - Portfolio |

Ириш, я выяснила о чем тут речь... Arrear Rate (AR) is defined as percentage of loan amount in arrears (amount in arrear as a percentage of total amounts outstanding)... PAR gives the percentage of loan portfolio that is in arrears (balance outstanding in a loan that is in arrear as a percentage of total loan portfolio) кто бы тока мне на пальцах пояснил.... с чем это кушают :( |

а... еще в догонку PAR is usually calculated for arrears of different ages and indicated by PAR (3), PAR (90) etc Ириша, как это у нас то всё зовется? :( |

Я бы обозвала это так: Arrear Rate (AR) - коэффициент просроченной задолженности (Кпз) PAR - удельный вес просроченной задолженности в ссудном/кредитном портфеле |
| А в скобках, соответственно, срок просрочки |
