Subject: продолжит работу... по теме bank.

В дальнейшем рабочая группа продолжит работу с Минфином по теме банковских гарантий в пользу таможенных органов, а также по вопросу размещения средств федерального бюджета на банковских вкладах.

сначала написал "Further on, the working group will continue its discussions with..., но... сбило "по теме".

И что значит "продолжит работу"? Продолжит обсуждения

Уверен, что не надо писать "on the issue of..." (как было бы просто - on the issue of allocation...)

will continue discussing bank guarantees [to be] issued in favor of..., as well as depositing federal budget funds on bank accounts...?

или же "will continue working with...on..."?

заодно объясните тонкости употребления глагола proceed:

Я думаю, что здесь лучше continue, чем proceed (with)

Главное, наверно, уйти (или не уходить) от "тем" и "вопросов"...
