Severability. If for any reason one or more of the provisions or undertakings of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid but would have been held to be valid if part of the wording of the same was deleted or the period or scope of the same reduced then the said provisions or undertakings of this Agreement shall apply with such deletion or modification as may be necessary to make them valid and effective.
