an Company's employee = an employee (поэтому и неопределенный артикль - он относится к работнику, хотя и странно звучит) но у Вас во втором примере a Company's B employee |

invest somebody/something with something - to officially give someone power to do something: водитель дал Company's B employee повод/возможность/наделил правом сделать предъяву Компании A, и теперь I should reply that this event will not happen anymore and that we are taking corrective actions. |
