Subject: reckonings law «V», for the good and valuable consideration received from «A» detailed herein, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, acquits, satisfies, forever discharges, and for his trustees, guardians, administrators, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors, heirs, executors, beneficiaries, and assigns forever releases «A», his trustees, guardians, administrators, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors, heirs, executors, beneficiaries, and assigns, and the business entities with which «A» is affiliated and their present and former parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, and their respective employees, officers, directors, managers, owners, agents, representatives, predecessors, heirs, successors, attorneys and assigns, forever, of and from any and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, charges, suits, rights, debts, clues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims, obligations, liabilities, and demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, at law or in equity, which «V» may have had, ever had, claims to have had, now has, or which his heirs, executors, beneficiaries, trustees, guardians, representatives, administrators, successors, or assigns hereafter can, shall, or may have for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents, except for the rights provided for in this Agreement.?
