"компромиссное предложение", по-моему, здесь не подходит (у меня опционный договор). Заключение договоренности об уменьшении размера ответственности (объема обязательств) - еще понятно. У меня в паре release or compromise of ANY LIABILITY - т.е., речь идет в первом случае об освобождении от ответственности. |
