Неужели самому лень посмотреть в словарь? Разница между processing and refining такая же, как между уборкой и чисткой картошки. |

| для филологов разница в том, что processed - перерабатывается, а refined - очищается. В обычной речи, на совещаниях на НПЗ) отличия большого нет. |
