| По-моему, имеется в виду, что микротомирование проводится до получения ровной поверхности образца |

Образец, видимо, должен быть подготовлен: -"Sectioning a specimen: ...trim the specimen until tissue is faced. Once the tissue block is faced, rotate Hand Wheel until sectioning is complete". -"...face of the specimen is flat and lies in a plane parallel to the relative path of movement..." -> может, к *выровненной поверхности образца* добавить еще то, что он должен быть правильно ориентирован? |
