Without affecting anything else in this Article 11, if and when the Agent receives the Starting Point Certificate (x) within the final five (5) Banking Days prior to the Interest Period immediately preceding the Latest Date, or (y) thereafter and the Starting Point Certificate identifies the Starting Point as being a day preceding the Latest Date by more than six (6) months (i) the next upcoming repayment date shall prevail, but the repayment date thereafter shall be adjusted to the Adjusted Repayment Date if the Agent receives the Starting Point Certificate more than five (5) Banking Days prior to the prevailing repayment date, and otherwise (ii) the next two upcoming repayment dates shall prevail and the then following repayment date shall be adjusted to the Next Adjusted Repayment Date.
