The following specific activities have been defined and approved by the contracting authority after the Inception Phrase
1.To undertake an analysis of the demand for tourism to the region and to Monchegorsk specifically from the Russian and international tourist markets
2.To establish the liaison with the Tourism Committee of Murmansk Region to build an understanding of the markets that the Region is targeting and to identify the role of Monchegorsk in it

6.To define a complimentary or alternative action programs, which includes SME based tourism services to other parts of the Kola Peninsula
7.To provide a concept plan and visualization of a modern holiday village/camp taking advantage of the natural assets in the Nature Reserve and the potential of active holiday options in the vicinity of the location (especially trout fishing)
8.To select SME-participants for training sessions, based on the criteria identified together with the TIC administration and the administration of the Monchegorsk city
9.To prepare and implement a series of training courses and coaching for tourism SMEs in Monchegorsk and in the region
