The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied itself, before entering into the Agreement, as to the extent and nature of the Work including but not limited to the Goods, Services, personnel, Equipment, plant and facilities required for the Work, the correctness and sufficiency of the rates and prices entered in Section 5 - Compensation/Pricing, general and local conditions, and all other matters which could affect progress or performance of the Work.
