Максимальный объем обязательства OPTIX по настоящей гарантии ограничивается обязательством ... Все, дальше сами Смысл такой: ограничивается заменой дефектного товара или, по исключительному усмотрению OPTIX, зачислить сумму, равную стоимости товара, на счет Покупателя. |
