Subject: certified fax gen. Notwithstanding what has been set forth in Clauses 6 (a) and 6 (b) above, any notice or communication to be sent by the Parties in the course of execution of Clause 9 herein - early termination - shall be done in writing by means of registered post with acknowledgement of receipt or ***certified fax sent to the address of the other Party as is first above mentioned herein.Спасибо. |
