Subject: salaries of staff detached by a Ministry audit. Помогите, пожалуйста понять смысл "detached"; эта фраза звучит в контексте Contribution in kind, т.е. вклада в работу проекта в неденежной форме, когда такие зарплаты считаются неприемлемыми расходами.
