Subject: И снова о фавусе..
1. Porrigo favosa, porrigo lupinosa, favus dispersus, tinea favosa (achorion Schönleinii). - всё синонимы фавуса?..не переводить и оставить на английском?..контекста нет, идут такой строчкой после названия раздела.

2. When the crusts stand isolated, the disease is called favus dispersus, when confluent favus confertus (сливной фавус?).

3. We may also obtain success [in the treatment of herpes tonsurans] with the spiritus saponis alkalinus

Спасибо..

If medical terms are given in Latin (which they seem to be here) you have to leave them in Latin, since Latin (used to be taught in all English-speaking contries to medical students up until the 70s? If I'm not mistaken) is used in medicine all across the globe to enable people to cross-reference the diseases, etc. in different languages.
Try an online Latin-English (or Latin-Russian) dictionary if you wish to translate them. I would leave them as they are since Russian medical books and journals have Latin names in them.
