If medical terms are given in Latin (which they seem to be here) you have to leave them in Latin, since Latin (used to be taught in all English-speaking contries to medical students up until the 70s? If I'm not mistaken) is used in medicine all across the globe to enable people to cross-reference the diseases, etc. in different languages. Try an online Latin-English (or Latin-Russian) dictionary if you wish to translate them. I would leave them as they are since Russian medical books and journals have Latin names in them. |
