You can't expect to be taken seriously using this language in business communication. Need to rephrase the sentence to make it sound more official, imho. I'd try something like this: Now that it has been found out that the already faulty product of XXX has expired sending foam samples to Holland would not help improve the situation/it would not be reasonable (feasible) to send foam samples to Holland . |
