There is no Encumbrance in relation to any of the Shares (save under this Agreement). No person has claimed to be entitled to an Encumbrance in relation to any of the Shares and (save for this Agreement) the Seller is not under any obligation (whether actual or contingent) to sell, charge or otherwise dispose of any of the Shares or any interest therein to any person.

смущает save under, примерный смысл понятен,но вот хотелось бы найти точную формулировку, что же за препятствие такое:(
не существует законного препятствия/помехи для заключения юр.соглашения?
