1)Как перевести п.1 в следующем контексте :
The particular tasks of the Firm are expected to include, but may not be limited to, the following:

1. Advise and assist the Company’s local affiliate X in complying with corporate governance related;

2)И ещё в разделе письма-соглашения про staffing:
Unless otherwise agreed, the Firms' core team will be based in N and will remain involved, as appropriate, for the duration of the Firms' involvement in the Project. As the Project progresses, additional partners or associates of the Firms may be added to the core team as agreed with the Company

в данном контексте кто такие эти additional partners or associates?это сторонние организации или просто другие сотрудники этой же фирмы?

Предполагается, что конкретные задачи Фирмы будут включать, не ограничиваясь таковым, следующее:

1. Оказание консультаций и содействия Х, местному филиалу Компании, в осуществлении соответствующего (related) корпоративного управления
