Subject: кусочек из гарантийного письма law Затрудняюсь с переводом одного из пунктов гарантийки,обычно такую тематику не перевожу,помогите плиз!!!The Guarantor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Beneficiary, on first demand,irrespective of the validity and the legal effects of the Contracts and waivingall rights of objection and defense arising from the Contracts, any amount upto €1 000 000 per contract year upon receipt of a written request for payment (by registered mail) from the Beneficiary that the Goods have been duly delivered pursuant to the Contracts and that the Recipient has failed to perform his payment obligations on the due date under the Contracts. |
