Subject: предложение из Certificate of Incumbency Помогите, пож-та, перевести (вернее лучше сформулировать по-русски) предложение из Сertificate of Incumbency. (выдано на БВО)Предложение такое: We hereby confirm that we have examined the books, the records and registers and have made such enquiries as necessary to give this Certificate and the information is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief as extracted from the corporate records of the Company at our offices. А чего тут непонятного? Давайте слегка перепишем оригинал: We hereby confirm that we have examined the books, the records and registers and have made such enquiries as necessary to give this Certificate; the information is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief as extracted from the corporate records of the Company at our offices. |
