Но как тогда понять следующую фразу (стиль и орфография оригинала сохранены): The votes shall be cast orally the General Meeting of Shareholders, unless the chairman of the meeting decides otherwise. Если голосование осуществляется в устной форме, то как это состыкуется с бюллетенями? |
