Про проходные комнаты: The rooms are of good proportion including ... together with four bedrooms on the first floor. It should be noted that the fourth bedroom is a walk-through room and could therefore be used as the master bedroom suite comprising a bedroom/dressing room. |

'walk-through' - lа, пожалуй. Я подумал что, это дословный ру-english, поэтому даже не гуглил. :) |
