2. The lower pain, I have no idea where it’s coming from. It’s not coming from the scoliosis. Maybe from his coccyx or his secal area, we can do more of a work up for that but typically that’s something, you know, that surgery’s not going to help so he needs to understand that.

3. However, only posterior osteotomies. Only cut through the posterior fusion not go around the spinal cord. The vertebrectomy is where we go through the spinal cord, around the spinal cord and do this. He does not need that. Um, my guess is about 3 or 4 centimeters. Those are all most of his...imaging studies are from 2008 when he was in Germany. He actually has a milogram and these recent x-rays. Part of the milogram is up on the board.
He seems to be having more problems here than laying down now. mmm hmmm...large upper thoracic curve. No pain you’re not scoping. Do you think he’s got a pseudo at all, or what do you think?
