Subject: Длительное неисполнение судебного решения Господа переводчики!Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом юридического текста. Как правильно перевести: Прежде всего, власти Российской Федерации обращают внимание на то, что заявительница в своих дополнительных замечаниях жалуется на длительное неисполнение судебного решения, несмотря на то, что изначально предметом жалобы заявительницы в Европейский Суд была длительность судебного разбирательства.
