Subject: в превышающем размере Прежде всего, спасибо вам за вашу помощь!Товарищи, трудность в той же статье (см. мой предыдущий пост) вызывает фраза из сабжа. Предложение: Компания хочет купить участок, но пока готова арендовать его. При этом будет произведена ркультивация вырубленных деревьев в размере, превышающем тот, что мы срежем. Мой вариант: ...For now we are willing to lease it. At the same time we will also restore the greater number of the trees that we cut down...??? |

A word of caution about landscaping: Landscaping doesn't mean just tree & flower planting (softscaping); it also may involve building of decorative retaining walls, flower beds, waterfalls, ponds, etc. (hardscaping). So, if you use “when all landscaping is done…”, it may sound like the renter is planning to do more than just planting trees, which may not be the case. So, "clearing/replanting (of) trees" sounds just right.(IMHO) |
