Здравствуйте!Не могу осилить следующий "пассаж": Sales target shall be divided as follows: 25% Store Appearance – responsible for all elements of store check and store open and closing procedures; 25% Training – incentivised for over achieving on sales courses, plus responsibility of training all specialists; 25% Promotion Sales Out – geared around the promotional planner of Exclusive Harrods Bundles set out in MA literature; 25% Allocated Area Sales Target – based on agreed sales plans. В первую очередь непонятно, как Sales target (система роста продаж? План продаж?) делится на 4 компонента или фактора, из которых 25% и есть Sales target. И непонятно who is responsible, who is incentivised FOR OVER (???) achieving on courses... |

"sales" -- тут видимо имеется в виду "отдел продаж" incentivised for over achieving on sales courses -- это наверное курсы для продавцов, при отличном завершении которых для особо прогрувшихся делаются всякие "подарки" ключница текст составляла ))) |
