Subject: ...lender's counters please give me a hand in translating into Russian (or Ukrainian) the following line:"The Letter of Credit will be opened in accordance witht the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (brochure no. 500 of the ICC) and shall allow for payment upon presentation of documents in conformity with the Letter of Credit at the Lender's counters." I'm puzzled with correct rendering of :1)the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits; 2)ICC (the International Chamber of Commerce?)3) Lender's counters. Thanx a milion and cheers! |

Аккредитив открывается в соответствии с требованиями, установленными Единым сводом обычаев и практики проведения расчетов с применением аккредитива (не уверен на счет точности перевода документа - это моя догадка) (выпуск № 500 бюллетеня Международной Торговой Палаты), и расчеты по нему производится после предоставления Кредитору документов, установленных условиями аккредитива. вроде так... |
