Subject: Original Work??? помогите Часть договора о правах на интеллектуальную собствееность- не могу понять work-работа, материал, или что? Original Work- Оригинал, Оригинальная работа??
All intellectual property rights in and to works created by a party under or in connection with this Agreement, to the extent such rights are of the type protected by copyright law, patent law and/or trademark law, shall be owned by the party creating such works, and, if created by more than one party, shall be jointly owned by the parties creating such works; provided however, that to the extent a work created under or in connection with this Agreement is derivative of a work that is, as between the parties, solely-owned by a party hereto (the "Original Work"), then the intellectual property rights in such derivative portion of the new work shall be solely owned-by the party owning the Original Work.
