| i dont mean to sound rude, but i could have come up with something like that myself. forgive me, but concrete heating doesnt sound kosher to me, although admitedly i am a total schmuck when it comes to construction, cannot tell my bolts from my screws. |

| tollmuch, buddy, thanx for the link. u r right, of course it is THE standard practice of curing concrete in winter, it just smacked of a calque. i guess having been through the minefield of translating long enough, i have become too wary of easy, loan translations. btw, that site if urs is a real treasure trove of useful facts. so, thanx, , man, u really helped me here, in more ways than one. |
