Subject: прошу проверить перевод абзаца из контракта Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Customer is required by any law or regulation to make any deduction or withholding on account of tax or otherwise from any payment to XXX hereunder, the Customer shall deduct or withhold such amount from such payment, remit the amount to the proper revenue or other authority to which the Customer is accountable and furnish XXX immediately thereafter with an original certificate issued by the appropriate tax authorities as evidence of such payment, together with any other documentation as XXX may reasonably require in making submission to any relevant revenue or other authority to which XXXis accountable.Невзирая на вышесказанное, в случае действия налога на источник выплат все вознаграждения и сборы, причитающиеся с Заказчика по настоящему Договору, выплачиваются за вычетом такого налога.
