EM will provide Home Office technical and project services under the existing Technical Services Agreement to provide access to specialist resources, advisors, and services and as a means to leverage the KPT and AgipKCO's organization. The extent and scope of Home Office services will be determined in collaboration between the PM and a designated EM Contact in Houston. Procurement of these services will conform to AgipKCO internal procedures.
