Уважаемые коллеги,

Terminals shall be of the stud type to accept crimped cable lugs.
Complete with separating barriers and protective covers.
The tails of multi-core cables shall be bound and routed so that each tail may be traced without difficulty to its associated cable.
All spare cores shall be made off to terminals.

Интересует, собственно, "made off" ... Резервные проводники заделаны в клеммы? Подведены к клеммам?

Off означает отведены от, если развернуть фразу на всю длину, то All spare cores shall be made available _off_ in respect_ to terminals.

чет мне кажется, что все-таки выведены на, подведены, а точнее - подсоединены, подключены к (свободным) клеммам (чтобы не висели). типа terminated at

ни разу не встречал, но вот такие вещи гуглятся
