II.23.2 Requests for interim payments or for payment of the balance and supporting documents
The coordinator shall submit a request for an interim payment or for payment of the balance within 60 days following the end of each reporting period for which, in accordance with Article 1.4.1, an interim payment or the payment of the balance is due.
This request shall be accompanied by the following documents:
an interim report ("interim technical report") or, for the payment of the balance, a final report on implementation of the action ("final technical report''), drawn up in accordance with Annex V; the interim or final technical report must contain the information needed to justify the eligible costs declared or the contribution requested on the basis of unit costs and lump sums where the grant takes the form of the reimbursement of unit or lump sum costs or of a unit or lump sum contribution in accordance with Article I.3(a)(ii), (iii), (b) or (e), as well as information on subcontracting as referred to in Article II.10.2(d);

Координатор подает запрос на промежуточную выплату в течение 60 дней после окончания каждого отчетного периода, по которому, в соответствии со Статьей I.4.1, производится промежуточная выплата или payment of the balance.

Такой запрос сопровождается следующими документами:

а) промежуточный отчет («промежуточный технический отчет») или, for payment of the balance, окончательный отчет по выполнению проекта («окончательный технический отчет»), составленный в соответствии с Приложением V; промежуточный или окончательный отчет должны содержать информацию, необходимую для обоснования декларированных допустимых расходов или contribution requested на основе удельных и единовременных затрат, если грант предоставляется в форме возмещения удельных или единовременных затрат, или удельного или единовременного взноса, в соответствии со Статьей I.3 (а)(ii), (iii), (b) или (c), а также информацию о субподрядных работах, согласно Статье II.10.2 (d);

имхо, не "удельный взнос" а "взнос, равный сумме затрат по отд. статьям" ( "unit costs")

where required by Article 1.4.1 or for each beneficiary for which the total contribution in the form of reimbursement of actual costs as referred to in Article I.3(a)(i) is at least EUR 750 000 and which requests a reimbursement in that form of at least EUR 325 000 (when adding all previous reimbursements in that form for which a certificate on the financial statements has not been submitted), a certificate on the financial statements and underlying accounts ("certificate on the financial statements");
