Я бы через эмфатический оборот переводил. It is not any forfeiture of a right that Article 180 of the Civil Code pre-supposes but the actions of a third party that infringe on the rights and interests of the holder of a right. |

мдаа... prejudice скорее помеха к реализации права, ущемление же уже ближе к нарушению, т.е. breach хотя, думаю, если алекс напишет prejudice, то большой ошибки не будет, это все очень близко |
