1. "Customer Acquisition" means a Sale made on the Company website by an End User where that End User has made a XXX referral Click to the Company Site within 24 hours prior to the Sale;

2. In the case that a correct reporting is not possible, e.g. because of a break-down of the tracking, the booking performance for the period during which no actual data is available will be computed based on the number of Referrals during that period multiplied by the average conversion rate and the average booking value (if relevant) for the previous three calendar month.

3. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any discrepancies with respect to Referrals or Customer Acquisitions promptly and in good faith.

4. "Click" means a Company Site visitor actual referral from the XXX Site with no regards to actual purchase fact happened or not happened at Company Site;

Я переводила до этого Referral как "переадресация" - это уместно в данном случае?
