проверьте пожалуйста правильность перевода. Боюсь что допустила ошибки.

Москва выражает свою заинтересованность о совместном сотрудничестве и просит рассмотреть возможность продолжения ранее начатых работ по изготовлению и проведению стендовых испытаний опытных уплотнительных элементов согласно приведенной таблицы.
В случае положительного решения предлагаем финансовые расходы разделить следующим образом:
1) Изготовление опытных образцов и доставка до г.Москва – за счет "ААА";
2) Проведение стендовых испытаний с оформлением и предоставлением протоколов – за счет ООО «LLC».
По результатам стендовых испытаний будет принято решение о проведении скважинных испытаний и серийных закупках. Также просим предоставить информацию по стоимости уплотнительных элементов при серийных закупках.

If you accept our proposal we suggest expenses be shouldered as follows:
1) Fabrication of pilot specimens and delivery of them to Moscow - "AAA".
2) Benchmark test operations and formulation and submittal of test reports - OOO «LLC».
As per the benchmark tests we will come up to downhole testing and purchasing of full scale production articles. Moreover, please send us some information about costs of the seals if they are purchased on a commercial basis.
