run an economy (There’s no guarantee that a smarter and better educated government would do what’s best for the average Canadian, but that’s where democracy would come in and we’d get to vote for someone we believe would serve our interests, but only from a pool of candidates that have proven with objective exams that they have a basic competency in topics relevant when running an economy.
