predictive programming (The concept deals with the kind of a non-public agenda, that, disguised as a "prediction", is intentionally leaked to the public, in part or even in full but in a deliberately absurd, exotic or exaggerated manner, in order for the public to get familiarized with it in advance and warned though under the guise of another "conspiracy theory" nearly impossible to believe, which prevents any risk of strong opposition and relieves the actors from a moral responsibility for any adverse consequences of the agenda being implemented.
