| third party costs order (английское право: The Courts have power to order that a non party pay the costs of an action under section 51(1) and 51(3) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 ("SCA 1981"). Section 51(1) SCA 1981 gives the discretion to make orders for the costs of and incidental to all proceedings.
