unreasoned decision (профсоюза; of a trade union; AE: Unsubstantiated decision. In instances where an employer is required to notify a trade union of a decision, the trade union may express agreement or disagreement with such decision. The trade union should issue a written explanation of the reasons by which it arrived at its decision to agree or disagree with the employer's decision. When the trade union prepares its written explanation, such explanation must contain the reasons by which the trade union arrived at its decision. The employer is obligated to consider the trade union's disagreement only if the trade union explanation contains reasons by which the trade union decided to express disagreement) |
