They include a combination of measures inducing the desired behavioral and emotional changes in specific groups or individuals with regard to certain matters. They are used to undermine the morale of the enemy's troops and the civilian population, to counter similar operations on the part of the enemy and to reinforce the morale of friendly forces and populations.
