Причем погрузку и разгрузку обеспечивают самостоятельно, без дополнительных кранов. Это суда типа FLO/FLO (Float-on/Float-off). Что это значит? Когда на транспортное судно необходимо погрузить какой-то негабаритный груз, сначала через 16 кингстонов балластные цистерны заполняют забортной водой и судно погружается на глубину до 26 метров. На это необходимо около 12 часов, а за это время в танки заливается до 77000 тонн воды. После стабилизации морского судна, начинается погрузка. Процесс погрузки очень ответственное мероприятие, требующее от всех работников особых знаний, расчётливости, предельной внимательности и слаженности всей команды, а также это может достигать больших временных затрат. При помощи буксиров, груз заталкивают и удерживают над уровнем палубы, пока полупогружное судно не поднимется в своё нормальное положение. Затем команда сварщиков крепит груз к металлической палубе. Проверяется постановка груза, водолазами. Потом воду медленно откачивают и транспортное судно принимает на себя плавучий груз.) |
