Subject: Помогите пжс с переводом словосочетания se porter acquéreur en contrepartie gen. Le Commissionnaire est autorisé à se porter acquéreur en contrepartie et à acheter les produits pour son propre compte, sous réserve d'en avertir préalablement le Commettant.

| Попробуйте (мысленно) переставить en contrepartie в начало предложения. Смысл фразы будет яснее. ИМХО. |
