Subject: Расслышать слова в видео (британский английский) Здравствуйте, прошу помочь разобрать слова видео http://surl.li/awqqk00:41-00:43 The model can be bought alive. Здесь проблема в слове bought, которое вроде бы ясно слышится, но уверенности нет, так как не стыкуется по смыслу. 01:05-01:10 Virtual walkthroughs benefit all stake call loose in a production system and works our planning process. Здесь проблема в выделенных жирным шрифтом фразах, первая примерно на 01:07-01:08, и вторая примерно на 01:09-01:10. Мои варианты абсолютно бессмысленны и отражают мое неразвитое восприятия языка Благодарю всех заранее! |

Еще немного шокирован самым первым предложением немного: 2D flat paper drawings are being used for many years to help us communicate and visualize our designs. Вроде ж должно же ж быть have been used ? Или неправильно расслышал? |

1. 'are being used' => 'have been used' (Jerk & Aiduza) +1 The 'h' at the beginnings of some words is often only partially pronounced in non-formal spoken English, as Aiduza says. 2. 'bought alive' => 'brought to life'. 3. 'all stake call loose in a production system' => 'all stakeholders in the production system' (Bursch) +1 4. 'works our': (I'm not sure what he's saying here before 'planning process'). |
| It cannot be "works", it should have been "... walkthroughs benefit ... and work ...", but it doesn't make sense anyway. |

Aiduza +1: Yes, you're absolutely right -- brilliant! I hadn't paid attention to the title in the first few seconds at all. In fact I hadn't heard of the term 'workcell' before, but have now read your link. Hero of the Russian Federation and an OBE for you!
