А погуглить если? А что тут контекст : он вполне очевиден. I don't know the exact term as used by the UK's General Register Office, but you'll probably have to paraphrase it. How about .... 'Letter* Confirming (the) Non-Registration of a Birth, Death, Marriage or Other Change of Civil Status'? Something like that. * If you're going to use the above I would use 'Letter' for справка rather than 'Certificate', as a 'certificate' usually confirms that something has happened or does exist -- not that it hasn't happened or doesn't exist! |

Я день назад это написала А контекст нужен, потому что, например, ту самую «справку об отсутствии», которую с меня требовали в нашем ЗАГСе, в посольстве мужа назвали просто «letter of no impediment”, речь шла о браке. Так что если автору нужно нечто подобное, то, чем изощряться в переводе «гражданского состояния», проще назвать сразу по-человечески |
