Subject: Разговорный английский - прошу помочь.

2 Alexander Oshis: за кадром специально посмотрела субы на английском к разным фильмам (DVD) и везде это пресловутое "за кадром" выделяется курсивом. то бишь, все реплики невидимых героев (кроме голоса автора в некоторых случаях, когда этот голос является полноправным участником событий) пишутся курсивом. точно так же как все слова песен в субтитрах отмечаются значком ♫. если же о переводе этой фразы, то я б сказала off screen (or off-camera). |

Off: В тексте встретилось выражение "И кого он застанет - папу с блондинкой?" Я написал "... his dad with a blonde?" Spell-checker предлагает "blonde" заменить на "blonde-haired person" или "blonde-haired woman" Политкорректный... |
