Subject: к вопросу о CEO

Чё-т логики не понял :-) "executive office не прокатит для "коллегиальный исполнительный орган", потому как оный используется, как я понял, для обозначения "Правления"." - может еще и дирекцию обозначать :-) А СЕО может быть президентом, ген.директором, председателем и т.п. :-) Ну и что? :-) Почему не покатит-то? :-) Re "исполнительный аппарат" - в российской корпоративной практике, to the best of my knowledge, используется в основном в "энергах" - как РАО прописало :-) - и в разных конторах имеет разное наполнение, в большинстве случаев таки сходное с правлением :-) Вот, кстати, в РАО АБЧ - он СЕО или не СЕО? И почему тогда "Правление РАО ЕЭС (коллегиальный исполнительный орган" нельзя Executive Office обозвать? :-) |
| Так как же лучше назвать "Генерального директора" - CEO или Director General? |

witness, хороший вопрос. Раз перевод с русского - речь о российской компании. Если структура этой компании построена по образу и подобию западной компании, тогда смело ставим CEO и т.п. Здесь же генеральный директор и простые директора (раньше их называли замами). Я бы переводила General Director, Technical Director, Commercial Director, Executive Director. |
